Zhejiang Youth Office, directly led by the communist Youth League of China, Zhejiang committee, is a non-profit institution with the status of an independent corporation. The office aims at improving the program of Project Hope, implementing the plan of Students Assistance Project and the routine management with Volunteers of College Students for The Two Project of Helping Western Part of China and Underdeveloped Area of Zhejiang Province, promoting exchange between the youth and organizations both at home and abroad, organizing various kinds of activities, cultivating the synthetical quality of the youth. With the tenet of providing services for the youth, the office has carried out a series of fruitful activities since it was founded in 1999. And it has played an important role and achieved positive effects on improving the synthetical quality of Zhejiang youth by organizing all kinds of training, competitions, exchanges and public service items.

　　Zhejiang Youth Development Foundation, affiliated to the communist Youth League of China, Zhejiang committee, is a non-profit institution with the status of an independent corporation. Its main function is as follows: to organize support and service project according to its mission; to receive funds from all over the world according to its mission; to organize and support kinds of activities making the youth sound in health and body; to support and organize research of the youth and the development of non-profit organization; to award and prize excellent youth and person and organization actively contributed himself to the youth project; to promote exchange and cooperation with fellow citizens coming from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao, overseas chinese, foregin friends , international youth organization and non-profit organization and so on. Remarkable success has been achieved since The Hope Project was established in 1991 with great support from The Communist Party Committee of Zhejiang & Zhejiang Government and assistance from the whole provincial communist youth league organizations and organs of Project Hope. Over the past decade the accumulative arrangement has reached 101,181,300RMB; And 86,383students have been financially supported; 392 Hope primary schools and 835 Hope libraries have been set up. All these efforts have improved the development of our basic education and played an active role in the pursuit of political, material and cultural civilization of Zhejiang province.
